Aadhar card is must to have an identity card for the every citizen of India. It is provided by the UIDAI and one can easily enroll in it from any part of the India. It is a unique identity which mentions different persons and includes the scanned pictures of iris and fingerprints of the holders so as to enhance its security. This is a long ongoing process which takes about 1 – 3 months to complete it and to get it at your doorsteps.
The only thing you need to do for making registration in this is to go to the nearby Aadhar office along with your required documents and get enrolled there. You will get an enrollment slip from there, which you can easily use for checking the status of your Aadhar card. In case you have lost your enrollment slip, you can also check your Aadhar status with the help of your Full name, registered mobile number and registered email id. You can follow the step by step given below to check your Aadhar status easily.
·Open your web browser and go to the official website of UIDAI.
·Add your full name along with your registered mobile number and email id in the appropriate column.
·You will get an OTP on your registered mobile number or email id.
·Verify this OTP on the prescribed column with your identity.
·On the successful verification of OTP, you will get the acknowledged about the enrollment number you get during the registration process.
·Now go to the home page of UIDAI and go to the option of Enrollment number.
·Fill the enrollment number very carefully on the appropriate column along with the date and time of registration.
·Once done carefully, the next thing you need to do is to fill the captcha with the provided captcha for verification.
·Now, click on the option of Check Status and wait for the process to get completed.
·Once done with the process successfully, you will get the status of your Aadhar number whether it has been generated or the process is still in progress.
